My kids have gained confidence a hundred fold and the instructors are amazing at meeting each of my kids where they are to help them develop both physically and intellectually. I started training well after my kids started and now we train and play together! Even if martial arts is only planned to be a season of life, your kids and family will benefit for a lifetime by joining this group of amazing instructors.

I’m enrolled in the leadership team, jiu jitsu, and mixed martial arts program and I can say: I do not want to be a stealth ninja, I want to be the best me I can be. ANYONE with a blue jacket is HEAVILY trained and qualifies to go into the instructor position. Especially if they are accepted in the first place. These instructors are the most inspiring men and women you will ever meet. From the moment I walked in, I was inspired by Josh Parent and Brian Cain. They are by far the best instructors I personally have and ever will work with. They know exactly what they are doing and they base how they act on what kids they are teaching yet still build a bond with them. Mr. C tells us we can copy instructors because they’re doing it right and for anyone who dares to say they aren’t doing it right are VERY wrong.  Every single time I want to quit, I remember every single one of the leadership team members and I keep going, keep pushing. I can’t thank this gym enough. I truly can’t. I can’t thank Kyle enough for the personal lessons, I can’t thank Mr. C enough for helping me through every single roadblock I’ve hit, and I can’t thank Brian for being one of my best friends. I can’t thank any of them enough. This gym will always hold a special place in my heart.
